As part of our continued growth, we’re developing new children’s residential homes in various locations nationwide and are keen to speak with ambitious individuals who want to be part of an exciting and growing organisation. We’re particularly interested in hearing from individuals who: ? Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent). ? Have experience managing children’s residential homes. ? Have a strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding. ? Are passionate about delivering outstanding care and positive outcomes for young people. ? Want to play a key role in developing and leading new services.
