Are you a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse looking for a rewarding night role within a well-established care home environment? We are seeking an experienced RGN or RMN to join a friendly and supportive team committed to delivering outstanding person-centred care.

The Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in ensuring residents receive the highest standards of clinical and nursing care. Working closely with the management team and wider care staff, you will promote dignity, independence and wellbeing while maintaining excellent clinical standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering safe and effective nursing care to residents
• Administering and managing medications
• Developing and reviewing person-centred care plans
• Monitoring residents' physical and emotional wellbeing
• Liaising with families, healthcare professionals and external agencies
• Supporting and mentoring care staff
• Maintaining accurate clinical records and ensuring compliance with NMC standards

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Active NMC registration (RGN or RMN)
• Previous experience working within elderly care, nursing homes or similar settings
• Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional care
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
