Clean Water Metering Teams – Welsh Water Contract

Location: North Wales

Yard Base: Bodelwyddan, LL18

Operatives will load and unload from the yard daily before travelling to site.

Scope of Works

• Installation of boundary boxes and meters.
• Same specification and requirements as the United Utilities contract.

Required Qualifications

The same qualifications and competencies listed above.

Additionally:

• At least one operative must be able to complete client tablet-based documentation.

Rates – Welsh Water Metering

• Planned workload of approximately 5 installations per day.
• No formal targets, however operatives are expected to maximise productivity.
• £120 per completed box.
• Gang to decide their own split.

Aborted Visits

Where a team attends site and can demonstrate with evidence that the work cannot be completed:

• £60 per aborted job

This payment is normally split between the gang members.
