We are recruiting for a Clinical Lead Nurse to join a well-established nursing home, supporting the Home Manager and nursing team to deliver consistently high standards of care.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RGN or RMN who enjoys being hands-on clinically but is also confident supporting, mentoring and leading other nurses and care staff.

- Providing clinical leadership and guidance to nurses and care staff
- Supporting the Home Manager with the clinical operation of the service
- Ensuring care plans and risk assessments are accurate and regularly reviewed
- Completing clinical audits and supporting ongoing compliance
- Promoting best practice across the nursing and care teams
- Supporting, mentoring and developing members of the team
- Managing safeguarding, medication and clinical concerns appropriately
- Ensuring the home continues to meet CQC and regulatory requirements
- Making confident clinical decisions when required
- Helping to create a positive, supportive working environment
About You
To be considered for this position, you will need:
- Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse
- Previous experience within a nursing or care home environment
- Strong clinical knowledge and confidence
- Previous leadership experience, such as Senior Nurse, Clinical Lead, Unit Manager or similar
- Good understanding of CQC requirements, safeguarding, DoLS and clinical governance
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality elderly care
What’s on Offer?
The successful Clinical Lead will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including:

- Enhanced bank holiday rates
- Blue Light Card reimbursement
- Additional holiday entitlement linked to length of service
- Employee Assistance Programme
- Full induction and ongoing training
- Career development and progression opportunities

This would be a great opportunity for an experienced nurse looking for more responsibility or an established Clinical Lead looking to join a supportive home where they can make a real impact.
If you are an RGN or RMN with strong clinical skills and experience leading others, apply today for further information.
