Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse looking for a rewarding permanent position within a well-established nursing home?

We are currently recruiting for an experienced RGN or RMN to join a friendly and supportive nursing home in the Lymington area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dedicated care team where residents are genuinely at the heart of everything they do.

The Role

As Registered Nurse, you will work closely with the Home Manager, Deputy Manager and wider care team to ensure residents receive safe, effective and person-centred nursing care.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering high-quality nursing care in line with residents’ individual care plans
• Administering and managing medication safely
• Monitoring residents’ health and wellbeing
• Completing and reviewing care plans and risk assessments
• Responding appropriately to changes in residents’ needs
• Supporting residents to maintain their dignity, independence and individual choices
• Working closely with GPs, healthcare professionals and families
• Ensuring accurate clinical documentation is maintained
• Supporting and providing guidance to members of the care team
• Maintaining high standards of clinical governance, safeguarding and infection control
• Contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the home

About You

To be considered for this position, you will need:

• Current NMC registration as an RGN or RMN
• Previous nursing experience
• A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care
• Strong clinical knowledge and skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A compassionate and person-centred approach
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary care team
