Care Home Manager (Nursing)

Lymington, Hampshire 

£70,000 + Bonus Scheme | Permanent

An experienced Care Home Manager is required to lead a well-established nursing home in a desirable coastal location in Hampshire.

You will be responsible for the overall management of the service, ensuring outstanding care delivery, CQC compliance, team leadership, occupancy growth, and financial performance.

Requirements:

• Previous Home Manager experience within a nursing or residential care setting
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and occupancy
• Passion for delivering exceptional person-centred care
• NMC registration desirable but not essential
