The ideal candidate should have:

• Strong experience programming CNC machines directly, with the specific control system being less important.
• A good understanding of both traditional and modern CNC machining methods.
• The ability to work independently and complete jobs with minimal supervision.
• A flexible and adaptable approach to different jobs and requirements.
• The ability to work confidently within a small workshop environment.

Desirable Experience:

• Experience using Fusion 360.
• CAM programming experience.

Role & Workshop:

• The role will involve 3-axis and 4-axis milling.
• Work will primarily consist of small batches and one-off components.
• There may be quieter periods while Wojciech focuses on business development activities.
• Working hours are flexible, with Wojciech typically working until 5:00pm each day.
• Overtime cannot currently be guaranteed.
• Small but well-organised workshop with three CNC machines.
• Ideally no more than £20 per hour, depending on experience.
