The Opportunity
Careermakers are recruiting for an experienced Façades Site Manager to support a project at Pall Mall in
Liverpool. The successful candidate must have genuine façade experience and be comfortable taking
ownership of site operations from an early stage.
A key part of the initial requirement will be site set-up, so we are looking for somebody who can establish the
site correctly, coordinate the workforce and subcontractors, and ensure the necessary controls,
documentation and standards are in place from the outset.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the day-to-day façade works on site.
• Take responsibility for the initial site set-up and mobilisation.
• Coordinate subcontractors, operatives, deliveries and site activities.
• Ensure façade installation is completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and programme
requirements.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety and site compliance.
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor workmanship and quality.
• Manage RAMS, inductions, permits and relevant site documentation.
• Monitor progress against programme and identify potential delays early.
• Liaise with the Project Manager, contractors and other trades.
• Ensure labour, materials and resources are available in line with programme requirements.
• Resolve site issues promptly to protect programme, quality and delivery.
• Maintain strong housekeeping and professional site standards throughout the project.

Candidate Requirements
• Previous façade management experience is essential.
• Strong Site Manager or Façades Manager background.
• Experience setting up and mobilising construction sites.
• Good understanding of façade installation and associated construction processes.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety and site compliance.
• Ability to manage subcontractors, site operatives and multiple workstreams.
• Excellent organisation, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of site delivery.
• Relevant site management qualifications and certifications.
We are specifically looking for someone with genuine façades experience - not a
general Site Manager without relevant façade exposure.

maintaining site standards and ensuring that works are organised correctly from day one. The role requires
somebody who can communicate effectively with project teams, subcontractors and operatives while
maintaining control of programme, safety and quality.
