Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)

Salary: £22.00 per hour

Job Type: Permanent

Shifts: Nights

About the Role

We are recruiting for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join a well-established nursing home providing high-quality care to elderly residents.

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role within the clinical team, delivering person-centred care while ensuring residents' physical, emotional, and social needs are met. You will work collaboratively with colleagues and healthcare professionals to maintain the highest standards of care and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver safe, effective, and high-quality nursing care.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and review individual care plans.
  • Administer medication and treatments in accordance with NMC guidelines and company policies.
  • Monitor residents' health and wellbeing, responding appropriately to changes in condition.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date care documentation.
  • Promote dignity, respect, independence, and choice for all residents.
  • Support and mentor care staff as required.
  • Contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the nursing home.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Valid NMC registration as an RGN or RMN.
  • Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and nursing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A caring, professional, and compassionate approach.
  • A commitment to providing outstanding resident care.
