- Ensure utility accounts are correctly transferred following property purchases, sales, or tenant changes.
- Chase and manage outstanding issues with property management companies and managing agents.
- Monitor and resolve maintenance, service charge, and property management queries.
- Liaise with local councils regarding property-related matters.
- Maintain accurate records of all property documentation, correspondence, accounts, and compliance information.
- Provide administrative support across Michael's and Patrick's property portfolios.
- Escalate matters requiring director approval and provide regular progress updates.
- Support the smooth day-to-day administration of both commercial and residential properties.
About You:
You will have previous experience in property management or property administration and be comfortable working independently while managing a varied workload.

- Ability to work independently and prioritise multiple tasks.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Desirable:
- Experience managing both commercial and residential property portfolios.
- Knowledge of landlord responsibilities and property compliance requirements.
