We are specifically looking for:

• Nurse Qualified (RGN or RMN) – this is a non-negotiable requirement.
• Previous Registered Manager experience within a nursing home setting.
• A proven track record of achieving and maintaining CQC compliance, ideally within a GOOD or OUTSTANDING rated service.
• Strong clinical governance knowledge and experience managing nursing teams.
• Someone who is commercially aware, understands occupancy, staffing and budget management, and can lead a service effectively.
• A forward-thinking leader who embraces digital systems, innovation and continuous improvement.
• An individual who can think on their feet, make sound decisions under pressure and hit the ground running with minimal support.
• An excellent people manager who can motivate, develop and retain staff whilst maintaining high standards of care.

The home is a 21-bed nursing home in Faversham, currently rated GOOD by CQC, with an excellent and established staff team, strong relationships with Local Authorities and Continuing Healthcare, and a positive reputation locally.

The salary is up to £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, with a performance-related bonus to be discussed with the successful candidate.
