The Opportunity

Khidr Care Health care is launching a flagship, purpose-built Children’s Residential Home specialising in Emotional and Behavioural Disorders (EBD) in Bracknell. This is a rare opportunity to lead a high-specification site from the ground up. The facility features 6 luxury ensuite bedrooms and professionally landscaped gardens, currently undergoing a premium refurbishment.

We are seeking a high-calibre Registered Manager to spearhead this project, ensuring the highest standards of therapeutic care, safety, and commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

• Launch & Compliance: Lead the initial setup and secure Ofsted registration.
• Framework Development: Establish robust, Ofsted-compliant EBD policies and therapeutic procedures.
• Team Building: Strategically recruit, train, and mentor a full care team.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day site running to achieve "Outstanding" ratings.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner with Children’s Services and Local Authorities to secure placements.
• Commercial Oversight: Manage budgets and drive financial performance through effective occupancy management.

What We’re Looking For

• EBD Expertise: Extensive experience managing residential environments for children with complex EBD needs.
• Ofsted Mastery: Proven track record of securing "Good" or "Outstanding" regulatory outcomes.
• Leadership: Strong background in policy implementation and large-scale staff recruitment.
• Network: Solid existing relationships with Local Authorities to manage referrals effectively.
