Care Support Worker – Domiciliary & Outreach (Female Staff, Wirral)

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable female Support Worker to join our team delivering domiciliary care and outreach support across the Wirral. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in both domiciliary and outreach settings, a full UK driving licence with access to her own vehicle, and a genuine commitment to making a difference in the lives of the people she supports. She will be comfortable working flexible hours — including evenings, weekends, and short notice shifts — and will bring warmth, reliability, and a person-centred approach to every visit. Whether supporting individuals in their own homes or in the community, she will take pride in building trust, maintaining dignity, and going the extra mile without being asked.
