The company delivers a range of services including topographical surveys, setting out, measured building surveys, and utility/GPR surveys, supporting contractors and consultants on live projects.

We are looking for a Land Surveyor / Setting Out Engineer to join the team and support a variety of site-based projects.

This role is suited to someone confident working independently, managing their own workload, and delivering accurate, reliable survey data in a live construction environment.

Responsibilities

· Carry out topographical surveys and measured building surveys
· Undertake setting out for construction and engineering works
· Process and manage your own survey data
· Produce clear drawings using AutoCAD
· Liaise with site teams and to project requirements
· Maintain high standards of accuracy and professionalism

Requirements

· Minimum 2+ years’ experience in surveying / setting out
· Proficient in AutoCAD
· Experience with Leica equipment (preferred)
· Ability to work independently on site
· Strong understanding of surveying principles
· Good communication and organisational skills
· CSCS card (preferred)
· Full UK driving licence (preferred)
