Deputy Manager – Barry, Vale of Glamorgan (CF62)

We’re looking for an experienced Deputy Manager to join a leading provider of specialist care services, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. This is a multi-site role within the CF62 postcode, just 10 minutes’ drive from Barry town centre.

Role responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of support workers
• Provide 1-1 support and promote independent living
• Work across multiple residential/respite sites
• Be part of an on-call system
• Manage challenging behaviours in a rewarding, varied role

About you:

• QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent), with willingness to work towards Level 4
• Driver essential for multi-site working
• Positive, professional, and people-focused
• Confident using electronic systems such as Microsoft Word and Excel
