Class 2 Road Sweeper Driver – Kirkby, Liverpool

CareerMakers Recruitment are currently recruiting for a qualified Class 2 Road Sweeper Driver based at our client’s depot in Kirkby, Liverpool, covering works and projects across Merseyside.

This is a full-time, ongoing opportunity offering stable weekday hours with regular overtime available.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 7:00am – 5:00pm
• Overtime available
• Night and weekend work available when required
• Expected hours: 47.5 – 60 per week

Pay Rates

• Standard rate (up to 47.5 hours): £15.00 per hour
• Overtime (over 47.5 hours): £21.00 per hour

Holiday Entitlement

• 28 days per year (including Bank Holidays)

Key Requirements

• Valid Category C (Class 2) licence
• Minimum 2 years’ HGV driving experience (preferred)
• Valid CPC qualification
• Valid Digital Tachograph card
• Medically fit in line with HGV licence standards
• Flexible approach to working hours
• Self-motivated with a professional, customer-focused attitude
