Registered Manager (CQC Qualified)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated CQC Registered Manager to lead and develop a brand-new Adult Care Service in Sheffield, supporting individuals with substance misuse and behavioural challenges.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in establishing a service from the ground up. You will oversee recruitment, training, compliance, and high-quality service delivery, ensuring the service meets and exceeds CQC standards.

The Role

• Lead the setup and registration of a new adult care service
• Work closely with the Operations Lead to drive performance and growth
• Recruit, manage, and develop staff teams
• Supervise and support Deputy Managers and care staff
• Ensure full CQC compliance and high-quality service delivery
• Manage incidents and challenging behaviour in a calm, professional manner
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and commissioners

About You

• Registered Manager with a Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care
• Previous experience supporting CQC registration (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience supporting individuals with Autism
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• High level of compassion, empathy, and resilience
• Full UK manual driving licence (required/preferred)
• Enhanced DBS check
