Residential Childcare Jobs – Stoke-on-Trent & Midlands

We are recruiting on behalf of a growing residential childcare provider in the Midlands, looking for Residential Childcare Workers (Qualified Level 3+ & Unqualified) and Residential Team Leaders. Salary:

• Unqualified: £31,654.90 (inclusive of sleep pay)
• Level 3+ Qualified: £34,302 (inclusive of sleep pay)
• Team Leaders: £36,358 (inclusive of sleep pay)

Requirements:

• Passionate about residential childcare and improving children’s lives
• Experience in children’s residential care preferred but not essential for unqualified staff
