Currently entering a key phase of transformation, the business is implementing a fully integrated Warehouse Management System (WMS) to modernise operations, enhance visibility, and enable scalable growth across European markets.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to play a central role in shaping the next stage of the company’s development.

Role Purpose

The Operations Manager will take full responsibility for the operational performance of the business — from warehousing and logistics to customer fulfilment and third-party partnerships.

You will lead the transition from manual or paper-based systems to a new WMS platform, ensuring a seamless integration that enhances efficiency without disrupting service delivery. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership and requires an individual confident in driving change, motivating teams, and optimising complex operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day operational performance across warehousing, logistics, and customer delivery.
• Oversee the implementation and integration of a new Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Develop and track KPIs to drive productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team, fostering accountability and high performance.
• Work closely with senior leadership to plan and execute operational and transformation strategies.
• Oversee third-party logistics (3PL) operations and develop effective supplier and partner relationships.
• Support expansion into European markets through strategic logistics planning and compliance alignment.
• Embed continuous improvement through lean methodologies and process optimisation.
• Maintain full compliance with health and safety, quality standards, and company policies.

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or senior operations professional within logistics, warehousing, or supply-chain environments.
• Demonstrated success in managing transitions from manual or spreadsheet-based systems to automated WMS platforms.
• Strong understanding of 3PL operations, logistics networks, and distribution processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Analytical thinker with a focus on operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
• Practical, hands-on approach with the ability to balance strategic and operational priorities.
• Experience with European or international logistics operations is advantageous.
