Registered Service Manager – Liverpool
Location: Liverpool
Salary: £34,431.79 per annum
Additional Pay: £250 per month upon successful registration with CQC
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent

We’re looking for someone with a strong background in social care and a passion for making a difference.

Are you an experienced leader in social care looking for your next challenge? We’re seeking a Registered Service Manager to lead a dedicated team in delivering high-quality, person-centred support in Liverpool.

As the Registered Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring compliance with CQC standards and delivering outstanding care. You’ll lead and develop your team, manage budgets, and build strong relationships with stakeholders and the local community.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and motivating a team to deliver exceptional care
  • Overseeing recruitment, supervision, and performance management
  • Managing budgets and ensuring financial procedures are followed
  • Ensuring full compliance with regulatory and safeguarding standards
  • Acting as the CQC Registered Manager and overseeing quality assurance

You will need:

  • NVQ Level 5 in Social Care Management (or equivalent) or RMA qualification
  • Experience managing services and leading teams in a care setting
  • Strong understanding of CQC Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOE)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Confidence in managing budgets and using digital systems
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and on-call as required
