Product Alignment: Aligning our product offerings and services to the specific needs of new clients in the life sciences and chemicals fields. Solution Selling: Selling through discovery and providing innovative solutions to meet client requirements. Ease of Trade: Making it easy for customers to trade with us by streamlining processes and providing excellent customer service. Lead Engagement: Contacting and presenting to new or “warm” leads through sales calls/visits. Industry Events: Attending conferences, exhibitions, or on-site customer visits both within the UK and internationally to network and generate leads. Target Achievement: Working in a fast-paced environment ensuring that both departmental and individual targets are met. Reporting: Producing, creating, and completing internal and external reports to track progress and inform strategy. Team Support: Supporting the wider sales team in achieving collective goals.
