Job title Site Supervisor |
Reports to James Mcauley/Joanna Janik (Job Specific) |
Responsible for Supervision of site Assembly Team |
Main purpose of job Assembling Air Handling Units and Associated Equipment |
Main tasks
1 | Assembly/Refurbishment of Air Handling Units and associated equipment |
2 | Carrying out of site surveys where required. |
3 | Supervision of a small team |
4 | Organising all labour and maintaining discipline whilst on site. |
5 | Organisation and planning of material/equipment requirements prior to site attendance. |
6 | Checking and organisations of AHU parts for Flatpack site builds prior to delivery to site. |
7 | Being the main point of contact on site. |
8 | Communication with customer on site. |
9 | Keeping the office updated on site progress c/w progress photos. |
10 | Meeting targets and deadlines. |
11 | Checking drawing prior to attendance to ensure correct parts are taken |
12 | Communicating with Works Manager on any minor problems |
13 | On site problem solving |
14 | Reading, understanding and assisting with the Risk Assessments and Method Statements. |
15 | Ensuring work is undertaken in a safe manner and keeping RAMS up to date whilst on site. |
16 | Producing written reports and photos once work completed onsite |
17 | Outstanding/Additional required works to be reported and thoroughly detailed. |
18 | To ensure site is left in tidy and safe manner at all times. |
19 | Ensuring customer signs off Site Instruction sheet when works are complete. |
20 | Expenses and timekeeping to be signed for seperately |
21 | Depending on circumstances it may be required to perform fitting work as per instruction of the production manager. |
22 | Responsibility for the training of new starters on site, produce a structured plan with the technical manager to ensure swift improvement, with regular review meetings to keep track of progress. |
