About the Role
Our client is seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead a 5-bed EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties) children’s home for mixed genders in Hazel Grove, Stockport.

Salary & Bonus Structure
- Base Salary: £55,000
(Requires Level 5 NVQ and 3+ years of management experience in children’s residential care) - Referral/Occupancy Bonus: Up to £12,000
(Earnable when referring a placement within two weeks, with in-house support) - Ofsted Rating Bonus:
- £3,000 for Outstanding
- £1,500 for Good
Bonuses are realistic and regularly achieved by current managers.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a children’s home (under 16s) within the last 5 years
- At least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role
- Applicants must meet Ofsted’s experience requirements — roles in other care or education sectors unfortunately do not qualify
