Residential Support Workers (RSWs) – Level 3 or 4

Location: Cronton, WA8
Rate: £13.50 per hour
Hours: 35 or 48 hours per week contracts available

We’re seeking experienced and dedicated Residential Support Workers (RSWs) to join our team in a children’s home setting. You'll provide vital care, guidance, and support to young people facing emotional and behavioural challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build positive relationships with young people
• Provide daily emotional and practical support
• Follow individual care plans and behaviour strategies
• Work as part of a rota including days, evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins
• Promote safety, independence, and personal development

Requirements:

• Level 3 or 4 qualification in Children and Young People (Essential)
• Experience working in a residential childcare setting
• Understanding of challenging behaviours and trauma-informed care
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Reliability and commitment are essential
