Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Services (Autism Support)

Are you a confident leader with a passion for supporting young people with autism? We’re looking for a Registered Manager to run our two connected 2-bed bungalows and a 4-bed Ofsted-regulated children’s home in Birmingham.

You’ll lead a brilliant team, shape care plans, and ensure every young person gets the support they need to thrive. If you know the regs, love a challenge, and genuinely care about making a difference - this is your next big move.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the day-to-day running of the homes
• Supervise and support your team (rotas, development, on-call)
• Be the Safeguarding Lead
• Create and review individual care plans
• Work closely with families, schools & healthcare partners
• Keep everything compliant, safe, and person-centred
• Use Nourish to manage care records
• Manage budgets and keep the homes in great shape

What You’ll Need

• Level 5 in Leadership & Management (Residential Childcare)
• Experience managing teams in children's services
• Strong knowledge of autism, therapeutic approaches, and safeguarding
• Resilience, empathy, and a sense of humour
