What You’ll Do:

?? Lead, mentor & develop an amazing team
?? Ensure top-quality, person-centred care
?? Oversee training, safeguarding & support plans
?? Build connections with families & local services

What You Need:

? Experience in social care & team management
? NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)
? Great communication & leadership skills
? Flexibility to work evenings/weekends/on-call
