Registered Manager – Children’s Home

Are you an experienced leader in residential care, passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people? We are looking for a Registered Manager to oversee the operations of a residential home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

? Lead and manage a residential home in line with regulations, policies, and the home’s Statement of Purpose.
? Develop and implement high-quality, clinically informed care practices.
? Support and supervise staff to provide outstanding care and achieve professional growth.
? Oversee casework, administrative functions, and service development.
? Ensure the needs of young people are met through ongoing assessments and individual care plans.
? Lead recruitment, training, and development of a skilled and motivated staff team.
? Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies.
? Ensure safeguarding, compliance, and high ethical standards are maintained at all times.
? Manage budgets, resources, and ensure the home’s environment is safe and well-maintained.

What We’re Looking For:

? Strong leadership and management experience within a children’s residential care setting.
? In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation, safeguarding practices, and regulatory requirements.
? Ability to develop and inspire a dedicated care team.
? Experience in liaising with external agencies and authorities.
